Everything the house makes is guaranteed for the life of the piece. This is not a promotional warranty with an expiry date — it is how a bench that answers for its own work has to operate.

Workmanship, for life

Any failure of workmanship — a loosened setting, a failed solder, a clasp that gives — is repaired at our bench without charge, for as long as the piece exists. Bring it in; we will make it right.

Conflict-free stones, documented

Every diamond the house sets is ethically sourced and fully documented. Provenance paperwork accompanies every commissioned piece and is kept on record at the house.

The in-house bench

Sizing, repair, restoration, cleaning, and inspection are done in the building, by the same hands that make our commissions. Your piece never leaves our care to be serviced.

What the warranty asks of you

Only this: bring the piece in once a year for cleaning and inspection, without charge. Most problems a piece will ever have can be caught as a whisper rather than a break.
