Returns

A piece that does not feel right should come back. The house would rather hold a returned piece than know it sits unworn in a drawer.

Ready pieces

Pieces from the house collections may be returned within thirty days in their original, unworn condition with their documentation. Exchanges are welcome at any time within that window; refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Commissioned work

Bespoke and engraved pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned. This is why the house insists on approvals at every stage — the drawing, the stones, the finished piece — before anything is final. You will never be surprised by what you receive.

Sizing

First sizing on any ring from the house is done at our bench without charge, for the life of the piece.

To begin a return, simply call or write to the house. There is no form, and no one will try to talk you out of it.
