What the house knows about you, and what it does with it.
Discretion is a habit of the house, and it extends to your information. We collect only what a jeweler needs to serve you, and we do not sell, rent, or trade any of it. Ever.
What we keep
Your name, contact details, and the records of what the house has made or serviced for you — ring sizes, engravings, provenance documents. These records exist so your pieces can be cared for over decades, and so heirs can one day prove what they hold.
What we do not do
We do not share your information with marketers. We do not discuss one client’s commissions with another. Surprise gifts remain surprises — if someone calls asking what you have commissioned, they will learn nothing from us.
This website
The site does not run advertising trackers. Enquiries you send arrive as ordinary email to the house and are read by the house, not a mailing-list machine.
If you would like your records amended or removed, write to us and it will be done.

The Invitation
Still a question?
Visit the house, or write to us — a person replies, not a policy.
