Shipping

Most pieces are handed over in person — the house prefers it, and so, we find, do our clients. When a piece must travel, it travels insured, signature-required, and fully tracked from our door to yours.

Within the United States

Domestic shipments are sent by insured courier with adult signature required on delivery. You will receive tracking the moment the piece leaves the house, and a call from us once it arrives.

Timing

Ready pieces ship within two business days of final approval. Commissioned work ships only after you have approved photographs of the finished piece, or seen it in person.

Packaging

Every piece leaves in the house box with its documentation — appraisal paperwork where applicable, care notes, and provenance records for commissioned work.

If anything about a delivery concerns you, call the house before you sign for it. We would rather resend a piece than have you accept a doubt.
